Welcome to the official website of the Fredericksburg Area Tennis Patrons!

FATP is a non-profit organization that aims to promote the sport of tennis in Fredericksburg, Virginia and the surrounding area. FATP functions include clinics, leagues, tournaments, junior team tennis, tennis ladders, social functions, college scholarships, and improvement of public tennis facilities.


The 2009-2010 board members are:

    The Fredericksburg Area Tennis Patrons is holding a year-end tournament with a new format which will make it much easier for competitors to play the matches around busy work and family schedules. Except for the finals, matches are to be scheduled by the players, but must be played within the deadlines stated in the tournament flyer. The finals will be played at the Kenmore courts in Fredericksburg on September 18, 2010 at 9 or 11 a.m. The Deadline to enter is August 25, 2010. Click here to download the flyer and entry form.     USTA Fall Combo Mixed Doubles Teams are now forming. 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5 divisions will be offered. Matches will be at various times and locations. Email Gregg Moore if you would like to enter a team or if you woud like more information.

    Culpeper Open 2010 - "Schedule your own" tournament begins 7/19 with finals on 9/19. The entry deadline is 7/12. Click here to download the flyer and entry form.
